Since 1804 the Molinari family have been true pioneers of Italian business. Selling produce typical of Modena and the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, they won many international awards and had the prestigious honour of becoming the official supplier to the Royal House of Savoy in 1888. The first “Bar Molinari” opened in 1911, on Modena’s central Via Emilia, and the family then focused on a coffee roasting business, starting to build what was to become the “Caffe Molinari” brand.
